RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work independently to diagnose and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Communicate effectively to assist customers to make informed and confident buying decisions
- Work well with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the company
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Be accurate and timely with invoices and timesheets
- Maintain compliance with company policies including professional appearance, professional conduct, safety protocol, processes and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma/GED
- Clean, safe driving record
- Prefer experienced 3+ years (depending on the experience and willingness to learn, apprenticeship may be available)
- Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
- Flexibility with schedule
- Physical dexterity for bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, etc
- Good interpersonal skills and patience
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must be a good listener
- Good communication skills
