Household Plumbing Renovation Prices
Base Bathroom Plumbing Renovation
$2,300
The 1st visit includes the following operations:
- Setting up the dust containment unit and negative air HEPA filtration system;
- Installing the shower valve (customer supplied) at 4’ height;
- Extending the height of the showerhead to 7’ height;
- Breaking the concrete and excavating the dirt to expose the tub drain;
- Installing the new abs drain piping with FHA drain and fittings for the new shower drain location (by moving up to 3 feet).
The 2nd visit includes the following operations:
- Installing the shower valve trim and showerhead (customer supplied);
- Installing the vanity faucet (customer supplied) with a new pop-up drain assembly;
- Supplying and installing a new p-trap drain assembly, 2 emergency shut-off valves, and 2 supply lines;
- Installing the toilet (customer supplied) with a new emergency shut-off valve, new supply line, and new wax seal.
Base Kitchen Plumbing Renovation*

Includes the following operations:
- Installing the faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher (all items are customer supplied);
- Supplying and installing new p-trap drain assembly, and new emergency shut off valves;
*Additional charges may apply if any extra parts are required for the job.
Average Bathroom Plumbing Renovation

The 1st visit includes the following operations:

- Installing the toilet (customer supplied) with a new emergency shut-off valve, new supply line, and new wax seal.

High-End Bathroom Plumbing Renovation

The 1st visit includes the following operations:
- Setting up the dust containment unit and negative air HEPA filtration system;
- Installing tub/shower valve with diverter (customer supplied) at 4’ height;
- Extending the height of the showerhead to 7’ height and adding hand held plumbing (relocate water lines up to 10 feet);
- Breaking the concrete and excavating the dirt to expose the tub drain;
- Installing the new abs drain piping with FHA drain and fittings for the new shower drain location (by moving up to 6 feet);
- Supplying and installing the drain and water lines for the free-standing tub including the filler valve (relocating water lines and drain up to 10 feet);
- Installing double vanity drains and water lines to accommodate the new configuration.
The 2nd visit includes the following operations:
- Installing tub/shower valve trim with diverter, showerhead, handheld, and slide bar (customer supplied);
- Installing 2 vanity faucets (customer supplied) with a new pop-up drain assembly;
- Installing the freestanding bathtub and tub filler (customer supplied) with a new pop-up drain assembly;
- Supplying and installing a new P-trap drain assembly, 4 emergency shut-off valves, and 4 supply lines;
- Installing the toilet (customer supplied) with a new emergency shut-off valve, new supply line, and new wax seal.
High-End Kitchen Plumbing Renovation
$3,900
The 1st visit includes the following operations:
- Setting up the dust containment unit and negative air HEPA filtration system;
- Relocating the water lines and draining for a kitchen remodel, for example extending the plumbing pipes to an island sink (below flooring);
- Relocating the gas lines for a new stove location (up to 10-12 feet), or adding a gas line to replace an electric appliance (gas lines must be in-home);
- Adding a water line for a pot filler above the stove;
- Installing a new ice maker valve box for a new refrigerator.
The 2nd visit includes the following operations:
- Installing the pot filler (customer supplied) above stove;
- Installing the faucet, RO faucet, garbage disposal, RO hook up, disposal button, and dishwasher (all items are customer supplied);
- Supplying and installing new P-trap drain assembly, and new emergency shut off valves;

Hybrid Electric Water Heater

Hybrid electric water heater with stainless steel supply lines, emergency shut-off valve, full port drain valve, condensation drain line, and water heater drip pan. Includes reconfiguring a new hot and cold water supply line with new copper piping and an emergency shut-off valve, as well as removal and disposal of old unit.
Includes 10-year limited tank and parts manufacturer warranty.
Gas Tankless Water Heater

Conversion of a water heater to a tankless unit. Includes new gas tankless water heater, upsizing the gas line if necessary, updating fresh air and exhaust venting, and installing a condensation drain line. Also includes reconfiguring a new hot and cold water supply with copper piping and an emergency shut-off valve. Additionally, we supply and install isolation valves with pressure relief valves for easy annual maintenance, and remove and dispose of the old unit.

Electric Tankless Water Heater
